I desperately need storage shed with secure yard to store machinery and 6 contaioners that won't break the bank. My landlord caught me on the hop and sold the premises from under me and I have had to close a very small business.

I have an engine reconditioning business that never took off but I do make machinery as well. I was about to start a guitar and other musical instrument manufacturing business. I had just gotten around to employing 2 people to help me and had to pay them 1 months wages each because I could not keep going so to save any actions that could occur. If I can find a place to shift things to I will get them back because both showd very good potential.

The closer to Central Victoria would cut back the costs of shifting.
