Items that are purchased and paid for prior to 1pm, Monday to Friday are shipped the same working day. Item purchased after this time, or on the weekend or a Public Holiday are shipped the next working day.
We reserve the right to change the postage service based on your area and our courier services.
If you need your item urgently, or by a specific date, please use our EXPRESS POST option to ensure you receive your item on time. As we are relying on the service of various courier companies as well as Australia Post, we cannot guarantee transit times, unless you use express post.
Combined Shipping is available on most items - please contact us to combine shipping, before you make payment and we can send you an invoice with the shipping combined.
Most of our items are shipped directly from our warehouse at Capalaba and some from a warehouse in Melbourne. Pick up is available on most items, however please ask prior to purchase. Not all items are available for collection. If you wish to collect items, please contact us first to confirm.
Payment is accepted via Paypal, Direct Deposit or Credit Card.

If you are paying via Direct Deposit, please use your ebay user id as the payment reference so we know the money is yours.

Please note we do not refund the original postage as this part of our awesome service has already been performed. We do not refund postage costs to return items unless an item is faulty or damaged.
If you are exchanging your item for a different style or size, we ship your replacement item with no postage cost to you.
