I’m thinking reason owed to Marlboro for chasing the now obvious promotional benefits of creating something by far not rollable, smokeable, nor growable like tabacco - the playing card. I guess I should be accountable for the judgemental assumption I’ve made, being that it comes as common sense why a tabacoo company could seemeasly only bear benefit from being on cards due to the fact that America’s favorite pastime of the era be gambling and smoking like a train everywhere you went - inside, outside, in the car, in the bathroom, while you were eating, or drinking. Tobacco, and dead presidents... the American Dream.
